Tips Simpan & Potong Kek Lapis

a) JANGAN biarkan kek anda terdedah di luar, ia hendaklah disimpan di dalam peti sejuk jika tidak dimakan. Ini untuk mengekalkan ketahanan kek dan mengelakkan kek berkulat. Tempoh maksima simpanan kek adalah 3-4 bulan jika disimpan di dalam peti sejuk. Kek tidak digalakkan dilelatakkan diluar untuk tempoh yang telalu lama. Kek hanya dapat bertahan untuk tempoh 3-4 hari sahaja jika berada diluar peti sejuk.

b) Selok-eloknya kek disimpan di dalam peti sejuk terlebih dahulu selepas pembelian. Ini untuk menjadikan tekstur kek anda cantik dan mengelakkan ianya pecah/hancur apabila dipotong kelak.

c) Pastikan anda menggunakan pisau yang tajam dan panjang ketika anda memotong kek agar tekstur kek cantik dan mengelakkan kek pecah berderai apabila dipotong.
